1.1.5 “POPIA”, means Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 of South Africa;
1.1.6. “Service”, means the services provided by ZAIGER SA CC via the Website;

2.1. The Website is the property of ZAIGER SA CC (2008/138542/23) of registered office situated at 1i Apple Tree Street, Ceres Golf Estate, Ceres, 6835, South Africa.

However, where a public body responsible for the prevention, detection or investigation of offences (South African Police Force / Crime Intelligence) or the Information Regulator determines that notification will impede a criminal investigation, such notification to you will be delayed.

Notwithstanding the above, it is emphasised that even though we have taken significant steps to protect your Personal Information, you acknowledge and understand that no company, including ourselves, can fully protect against security risks associated with the processing of Personal Information online.

9.1. In accordance with POPIA and other relevant legislation, you may request your Personal Information be removed from our system or corrected.
9.2. You may also request a copy of your Personal Information, and/or withdraw consent to processing your Personal Information.
9.3. You have the right to request an update, correction, or the deletion of your Personal Information. Corrections to Personal Information, removals thereof, and withdrawals of consent will be dealt with upon receipt of request.
9.4. If consent is provided, it may be withdrawn at any time as long the lawfulness of processing based on the prior consent is not affected before the withdrawal.
